Unusual Baptism favors for a happy event!

Happy days!

If you are about to observe the Baptism of your baby, there are so many things to organise and sometimes the small things can be overlooked. A good way to commemorate the special day in a more personal way is to hand out unusual Baptism favors.

Coasters and  mugs can be personalised by adding a photograph, or you could use similar articles with the baby’s name, the  date and a little commemorative inscription or even a simple photo frame with those details on. Other nice ideas are personalised bookmarks and even a little scroll with a ‘thank you’ message from the baby tied-up with a with a decorative  ribbon.

There are a number of sites producing Baptism favors to suit individual’s personal choice and price, already on the internet,  but make sure you prepare well in advance if you are ordering items for shipping.

If you are looking for a less expensive alternative  everyone loves candies which can be made inexpensivly at home and make an even more personalised addition to the special day, they can even be individually wrapped to look like a profesional has made them without you needing to be a supercook!

For such a special event no doubt other family members will want to volunteer with other party treats. I’ve always found difficulty in finding good recipes for candies and treats but having stumbled upon the 5,000 treats recipe book there’s never a danger of being short of ideas for your baby’s Baptism and other future happy family occasions!

The only downside is that they’re so delicious that you may want to eat them yourself  – remember to leave enough for your guests!
