Universal Laws That Help Create The Perfect Body

Besides the mental aspect that I’ve talked about in previous posts, the people who see the biggest transformations also take into account the spiritual aspect of their training. Many attain this without even recognizing that these are spiritual aspects. This is accomplished by living in harmony with universal laws and principles. It’s these laws that govern the very interaction of all people on Earth, as well as the stars, planets, galaxies, and the universe itself are governed by these laws. Talk about some mad power!

These principles were not just recently discovered and on some level you may even recognize them because they are interlinked into the fabric of the world and taught in numerous different ways, in numerous dissimilar forms, and by numerous dissimilar people in numerous different cultures. And even so, the bulk of humankind fails to implement them directly and deliberately to their aims and purpose in life. Sad but true.

Now, if you’re fearless and conscious enough to make this journey, you will effectively become one of the 5 men out of a hundred that attains true success in life.


Unfortunately, 95% of the population won’t, since:

» One, they’re bonded and deluded on the level of form or the tangible dimension. In other words they are concerned ONLY with materiality, the quest of pleasure and the dodging of pain.
» Two, they undervalue the force and influence of the human mind to determine the foundation of their reality and experience of life. They do not read, learn, or cultivate the human mind to its largest potential or to even one-fourth of its potential.
» And three, they’ve lost their built-in connection with nature and the divine intelligence that grants all things to be. Further, many deny the existence of such a force completely or through years of various social, cultural and religious dogma (aka brainwashing) fail to grasp the true nature of spirit.

Although, I will tell you this: those that master this truth and live in absolute harmony with the various universal laws go on to achieve a point of transformation that’s well beyond the tangible transformations to gain muscle mass or burn fat that we talk about on our website. Mastery at this level will permit you transform the lives of thousands, and millions of people… not just your own.

We’re talking the likes of people like Jesus, Buddha, Ghandi, Lao Tzu, Morihei Ueshiba, and other enlightened beings, to put it differently, less than 1% of the population.

nevertheless, you do not have to be a master at it in order to benefit from these universal laws. Even creating tiny, consistent modifications in your daily habits that assist you into alignment with these principles will carry with them huge changes into your life.

I can attest to that. I’m by no means a person who has mastered these ways, but by adopting these laws, little by little, my entire life has altered as a effect and continues to do so the more I line up my thoughts, words, and actions with them. It will do you little good to visualize the body you want to have, unless you also go to the gym, train with weights, have a post workout shake, eat healthy meals, not to mention, get eight hours of sound, quality sleep. The four pillars work together in a synchronistic fashion, but each pillar brings with it its own personal benefits.
