Monday. For the present nobody cancelled work. But from this day I cancel the lift in the life and completely I exclude standing on the escalator in the underground. Yes, it is not difficult to go down in the morning from the sixth floor as I have breakfast exclusively easy and useful products irrespective of a season. And here to rise in the evening home, after the whole day on heels it is much more difficult. Well, anything, but in a week my rear view will draw general approving sights. By the way, and after all I also on work need to move all time from the ground floor on the fourth! As in the underground on escalators it is forbidden to run (because it very dangerously), means, there I will easy go. Eventually, it is useful not only run, but also sports walking. The main thing is not to stand!

Tuesday. So since morning I will shift things from a bag in a convenient backpack in which there is a special branch for the roller fads. And I will go not home, and to park near to office in the evening. There for scooters recently have made fine paths! And this kind of sports was pleasant for a long time to me … in general, at me ahead the whole summer to learn to go for a drive, instead of simply clumsily to stand on one place and to swing hands.

Wednesday. Perhaps, with a dog on Wednesday I will walk much longer than usually. After all on Wednesdays on a glade behind the house there is this nice artist with an easel … By the way, to dogs, by the way, it is useful to run. And it is useful for their owners to run together with them – at least occasionally! Here and I, at last, will follow to councils of all trainers about «races in the mornings». More precisely, in the evenings, but what difference? Besides then I so will quickly fall asleep that I will not have time to get hungry at all!

Thursday. So, today it is necessary to think, besides walking I can carry out what exercises during the day, and not just during certain time. For example, behind the desktop I can quite do an extension, the blessing it is ridiculously simple. Friday is our traditional holiday which repeats every week. Therefore this day I will go to a dancing class which unites all directions of modern dance. Certainly, I mean night club in which calories it is burnt much more, than during the most active training in sports hall. Besides there, apparently, from each immodest sight and a waist, and hips lose pair of millimetres so for restoration physical and composure it is better not to find a place.

Saturday. Certainly, it is necessary to meet friends in the days off not to hurry up anywhere. Is better we will run about together with them – on the nature. It is possible to swim for a while in lake, it is possible play a football, it is possible to play in children’s games-game of tag … However, what means it “is possible”? It is necessary!
