Drink Wine One Glass A Day

Compared to any other alcohol it is said that Wine is much healthier than others. The research done by few medical students shows that wine drinkers are thinner. They keep their fitness level high by exercising on a regular basis than other alcohol drinkers. You will see a difference when you enter a wine drinker’s house compared to a beer or a liquor drinker’s house. Wines are stacked in wine racks and sellers, most of them covered with dust, in a way is a good thing as it is said that older wines taste better.

Doctor’s around the World say that wine reduces the risk of heart diseases because of its alcohol and non alcoholic content called phytochemicals. This all depends on how much wine you drink. If you drink more than the recommended amount then obviously your health will still be at risk. People tend to think that red wines are much healthier and more beneficial to their health than white wine. Drinking a glass of red wine everyday is actually good for your health. Most households these days have wine and bottle openers in their kitchen accessories in cabinets. It has become the need of most household.

Doctors say that alcohol can increase the cholesterol and thins your blood. This can be taken as a cardiovascular benefit. Recent survey shows that women have more drinks than men and all these drinkers had a 23% reduced risk of mental decline than non alcohol drinkers.

Most people argue that a drink a day might keep them healthy but what about calories you put on by drinking alcohol. Alcohol do supply calories but with few good nutrients. So always drink within the recommendation limit or else you will definitely gain weight. As I mentioned above the recommendation is 1 glass per day. What I say is drink red wine as it is much healthier than the white but don’t drink more than one glass a day.
