			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>So many people ask me what they can expect after training in <a href='http://www.developyourenergy.net/shaolin.html' target='_blank'>Chi kung exercises</a> with in one year or so. I have to tell them that each person will experience different results bases on their dedication to training and their natural ability to absorb chi energy.  So many people complicate the process of developing chi energy.  However I have found that if a person can dedicate at least 1 hour a day for at least 5 days a week then the results after a year can be quite amazing. </p>
<p>When talking to a good number of people I found that I shared some of the same results as other students that shared the same training dedication. The first thing I started to notice was a strong magnetic pressure in my hands. I even got to a point were I could passively run my hands over someones hand and they could feel this tingly vibratory energy radiating from my hand.  I remember the first time I realize that I could influence the energy of others by focusing my energy on them.  It all started when a coworker was sick and getting ready to go home for the day because she felt the signs of the flu coming on. I remember feeling as though I could help her but being rather hesitant in offering this weird type of assistance.  I don’t blame her for looking at me funny, how often do you hear of someone being cured of the flu by a magic wave of the hand.</p>
<p>When I asked her if she wanted to let me try to help her she said “sure at about this time I don’t care what you got do just do it.” So I placed my hand two inches away from her forehead and focused my energy in my palm. I them pulled my energy in with my mind. Suddenly Maria my coworker said “Oooo my God,….. that is so weird, that is sooo weird what the hell, how the hell did you do that.” She had a look of shock, relief, and a child like excitement in her face.  I on the other hand I had forgot to expel  the negative energy  and as a result I had to run to the bathroom to keep myself from barffing. </p>
<p>This is exactly why people should not try to do <a href='http://www.developyourenergy.net/shaolin.html' target='_blank'>energy healing</a> without the proper training. Luckily for me, at the last minute I remember what to do to expel the sickness I pulled into myself from Maria. After I got ride of the bad energy I came out of the bathroom to have my coworkers looking at me like I was some kind of freak. Maria however did thank me. I asked her with excitement what it felt like to her. I was so curious as to what her experience was.  She said it felt like butterflies fluttering in her stomach and traveling up the center of her body and out of her forehead.  From that point on I trained in chi gong exercises every day. </p>
<p>This experience happened with me after 4 months of training. The funny thing about it was that up until that point I wasn’t maximizing my training properly until a year later after I met my instructor. The word chakra means wheel, or spinning vortex in sanskrit. The body has seven major chakras in the body. Chakras are located on both sides of the spine and are responsible for regulating the bodies flow of prana or Qi through the bodies energy channels. Chakras are spiritual centers in the body that when developed through meditation andchi gong meditation can store large amounts of qi energy.  When prana or kihave filled the chakras ones spiritual and psychic abilities began to open up and manifest themselves as paranormal abilities and spiritual advancement. Each chakra when fully developed has its own characteristic and leads to it own specific ability. </p>
<p>While Chi gong training or prana flowing to one area because all the other areas are closed due to blockages.  The result is that one center is open and causes the individual to use of only that energy center. Having the full use of just one energy center or chakra can be pretty amazing.  However the full use of all the chakras result in someone reaching their full human physical, mental and spiritual potential. </p>
<p>A chi gong exercise that is good for opening up and filling all the chakras is the <a href='http://www.developyourenergy.net/shaolin.html' target='_blank'>macrocosmic orbit</a>. By doing the macrocosmic orbit the practitioners runs energy through all his chakras. This causes the energy to flow and nourish all the energy centers. It will also help to fill and open the chakras do to the increase of chi energy in that area. The Microcosmic orbit meditations tend to also flow through the central channel causing the body to be able to take in more energy over time. This exercise prevents one from experiencing the use of just one chakra but all the chakras have the ability to receive this flow of energy. This exercise also build and expands the aura. </p>
<p>Some people want to increase the power of one chakra in particular and want to know how they can amp up a center quickly.. Their reasoning for this is so that they can experience the power of that energy center .For example, the opening of the third chakra located in the solar plexus cause one to become very empathic. Empathic psychic ability is to be able to feel the emotions of others. It can be used to feel and communicate with humans, animals and plants. With this chakra open it is almost impossible for someone to lie to you about how they feel.  The ability to feel people places and things become so strong that it can be used as additional sense. </p>
<p>The answer to this question is to direct energy into the desired center by focusing the mind and energy on that chakra. <a href='http://www.developyourenergy.net/shaolin.html' target='_blank'>Chi breathing</a> in and out of that center will give the desired effect. This can be done for 10 to 30 minutes to amplify specific the chakra.
