This weekend I had the chance to start evaluating the program Bodyweight Exercise Revolution and will be doing a total 2 month evaluation of the program. Adam Steer the coauthor of the plan sent me the entire workout without weights program and the deluxe programs so I could dig in really deep and see what they are about. I love all forms of bodyweight exercises and boot camp routines as they are superior for developing strength and conditioning for an athlete. Bodyweight workouts allow for true functional strength development, improve balance and coordination, and could be used as a complete cardio routine. There is no gym required and no equipment required. Doing a workout without weights routine is a quick way to get results.
Using the correct program you can work out without having weights to get stronger, gain muscle, lose fat, or simply end up in overall fantastic condition. The past 3 months has been hectic for me so I have neglected my routines. I am going to use Bodyweight Exercise Revolution to whip myself back into shape in the next 60 days. That puts me in mid May to see if I can get into peak situation without going to the gym. I’ll be updating my experience everyday on this site (o.k. I’ll be blogging it so they say).
